Pump has no power
If the fault can't be fixed, please contact your
local specialist or your nearest <Wilo><Salm-
son> customer service location or representa-
tive.

Spare parts can be ordered from your local spe-
cialist and/or via <Wilo><Salmson> customer
service.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, always pro-
vide all of the details on the name plate with every
order.

Cause
No voltage
Rotor blocked
Cable rupture
Water in the motor chamber
Foreign bodies in the pump,
winding protection contact triggered
Pump drawing up air because fluid level is
too low
Pressure pipe blocked
Remedy
Check the wires and fuses, or switch auto-
matic fuses in the distribution station back
on
Clean the housing and impeller, if still
blocked replace the pump
Check the cable resistance. If necessary,
replace the cable. Only use genuine Wilo
special cable.
Contact customer service
Disconnect the system from the electricity
supply and secure it against being switched
on.
Lift the pump out of the sump.
Remove the objects.
Check the function/setting of the level
control
Detach the pipe and clean it
