Mitre cuts up to 45°
1. Place the guide rail on the workpiece,
with the black rubber lip facing down-
wards.
2. Fix the guide rail to the workpiece.
3. Place the tool with the groove (40) on the
guide rail.
4. Set the desired cutting angle (Bevel
cutting, p. 29)
5. Hold the tool with both hands, one hand
on the handle (3) and the other hand on
the auxiliary handle (16).
6. Switch on the device (see Switching on
and off, p. 31).
7. Place the machine with the front part of

Pre-selecting the rotation speed
The speed button (32) can be used
to select one of the speed levels or
ECO mode before you start the tool.
Switching on and off
Switching on
1. Insert the rechargeable battery (37) into
the device.
2. Press and hold the switch lock (1).
3. Press and hold the On/off switch (2).
The LED work light (44) lights up.
4. Wait until the device has reached full
speed.
Switching off
1. To turn it off, release the on/off switch (2).
The LED work light goes out after approx.
10 seconds.
2. Do not pull the sawblade out of the cut
until it has come to a standstill.
3. Remove the rechargeable battery (37)
from the device if you are leaving the
device unattended or if you have finished
working.

Load indicator
During operation, the charge level indicator
(38) shows the load on the tool.

Overload indicator
The overload indicator (33) indicates when
the tool is in danger of being damaged. The
tool then switches off automatically.

Notes
• Turn off the device.
• Make sure that all moving parts have
come to a complete stop.
• Remove the batteries from the tool.
• Ensure that the protective cover (21) com-
pletely covers the circular saw blade (22).
• Always carry the tool by the handle (3) or
use the storage case (20) provided.
Cleaning, maintenance and
storage
WARNING! Risk of injury due to unin-
tentional start-up. Protect yourself when
performing maintenance or cleaning work.
Switch off the device and remove the battery
(37).
You should have any repair and maintenance
work that is not described in these instruc-
tions carried out by our Service Centre. Only
use original replacement parts.
Cleaning
WARNING! Electric shock! Never spray
down the device with water.
NOTICE! Risk of damage. Chemical sub-
stances may attack the plastic parts of the
machine. Do not use any cleaning agents or
solvents.
• Keep the ventilation slits, motor housing
and handles of the machine clean. Use a
damp cloth or brush to do this.
• Try to clean resinous surfaces with a
damp, lukewarm cloth that has been
wrung out well. Make sure that no liquids
