Problem
Portable device is not
installed properly.
Portable device is locked up
No Charging
or frozen.
Portable device battery has
problem.
Power Adaptor disconnected
or loose.

No Sound
Volume set too low.
Your Bluetoothdevice has
been paired properly.
No sound when The unit placement out of

Mic. Level control set at too

Possible Reason Remedy
Remove your
portabledevice from the
charging cord and check
for obstruction on the
connectors.
Please make sure your
portable device is working
properlybefore
plugginginto the unit
Please refer to your
portable device manual for
details.
Check the connection or the
Power Adaptor.
Try the unit on another
outlet.
Turn the volume controlto
increasethe sound level.
"Pairing a Bluetooth Device
for the First Time"
section.
Relocate the unit within
Bluetoothoperating range
(30 feet).
Adjust Mic Levelcontrol to
max, and then re-adjust to
a comfortable level.
Switch Mic to the ON
position.
Securelyconnectthe Mic to
the Mic jack
Adjust the volume knob.
Clear contacts pins and
connect again.
