Electronic door lock EDL100
is not responding. Check
wiring. Locking bolt is
jammed, check locking bolt
for ease of motion. Do not
apply oil or grease to door
locking.
No connection to the DES.
Check motor connection
cable and DES.
Check door mechanics /
check phases, motor con-
nection cable.
Voltage supply error. Check
mains connection. Check
peripherals for short circuit.
Mains phases have been in-
verted. Correct or re-adjust.
Return from pulsed opera-
tion to dead man mode.
Check closing edge safety
device and photoelectric
sensor.
Button actuated. Continuous
pulse pending. Check ex-
ternal control devices (J1).
Opening force limitation has
tripped. Door can only be
closed in dead man mode.
Eliminate sluggishness or
blockage of the door. Check
springs. Eliminate the cause
of the excessive force, then
open and close the door.
Duty cycle exceeded. Wait
and let motor cool down.

Check the selected motor
type and brake in menu 78,

Fault with internal commu-
nication between control and
