14. Troubleshooting

By purchasing this effect light, you have acquired a product designed to the state of the art and operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur. Therefore, we would like to describe how to eliminate possible errors
here:
Always observe the safety information!
No function after the device has been connected to the power supply grid.
• The mains plug is not plugged into the socket correctly.
• The mains cable is not connected to the device's AC IN (9) connection correctly.
• The mains socket is not supplied with current.
There is no reaction to DMX commands.
• The blackout mode is activated at the DMX controller.
• The DMX address is set wrongly.
• The connection between the DMX controller and the effect light is interrupted.
• The DMX line is exposed to interferences. Try placing the DMX line away from the interference source.
• The polarity of the DMX connections to the DMX controller and effect lights are different.
• If possible, try another DMX controller.
The sound to light control does not work.
• Music control is not activated.
• Music playback volume is too low. Try upping the volume.
• Test the function of the installed microphone by tapping a finger on the housing. The sound-to-light control should
react to these impulses.

15. Disposal

Electronic devices are recyclable and should not be disposed of in household waste. Dispose of the pro-
duct according to the applicable statutory provisions at the end of its service life.
