IMPORtANt SAFetY INStRUctIONS
• Keep the appliance away from other sources of heat
(cooktops, open fire, direct sunlight, etc.).
• Do not use the appliance near highly flammable/
explosive liquids or materials (e.g. curtains, spray cans
etc.).
• Maintain a safe distance of at least 30 cm from walls or
other objects.
• Do not cover the appliance, in particular the venting
slots.
• Never place cloths or similar items over the appliance
(fire hazard).
• Do not place containers filled with water or other liquids
on the appliance.
• Do not place any burning candles on the appliance.
• Switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug
if
– the appliance is not in use.
– a malfunction occurs during operation.
– you want to clean the appliance.
• Never pull the mains plug out of the socket using the
connecting cable, instead grab hold of the mains plug
itself.
• Do not pull on the mains cable to move the appliance.
This might result in invisible damage.
• Do not move the appliance when hot – always allow it
to cool down before moving!
• No liability can be accepted for any damage that may
arise following incorrect operation of the appliance or
if it is used for purposes other than those for which it is
intended.
