Improper repairs may result in considerable risks for the
user and also invalidate the guarantee.
• Do not use the appliance if the mains cable or the plug
are damaged.
• Contact a specialist workshop if the appliance does
not work properly, or if it was dropped or otherwise
damaged.
• Remove all packaging material from the appliance. The
packaging material can be recycled.
• Children must not play with plastic bags due to the risk
of suffocation. Do not leave any packaging material
(cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) within the reach of children.
• Make sure that the connecting cable does not hang over
the worktop and avoid any contact with hot surfaces.
• The mains cable must not be crushed, kinked or jammed.
• Do not connect the appliance to a multi-plug socket.
• Please note: Touchable surfaces can reach very
high temperatures during operation. risk of
burns! Only touch the appliance by the handle
and use cooking or oven gloves as necessary.
• Be aware that very hot steam may escape during use.
• Charcoal or similar fuels must not be used for this
appliance.
• Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant,
splash­resistant, dry and non­slip surface.
• Do not place the appliance near sinks, washbasins,
bathtubs, swimming pools etc. to avoid splashes of
water. Also be sure not to place the appliance on a damp
surface.
