Weekly servicing
Check the skimming efficiency; use the air
adjustment screw to readjust, if and when required.
Emptying the skimmer cup: Remove the skimmer
cup through the top; turn the cover anti-clockwise
up to the stop, and remove upwards (1). Place the
cover (2) on the reactor to avoid a loss of water.
After the skimmer cup has been emptied, use clear
water and the brush (3) supplied along with the
unit for cleaning; please do not touch the inside
of the reactor with your fingers. Squamous grease
considerably obstructs the skimming process.
As the air circulation is flushed with water, the
Hydrofoamer should remain operational during the
cleaning process.
Entretien hebdomadaire
Contrôlez l'efficacité de l'écumage, ajustez la vis
d'air si nécessaire.
Videz le godet d'écumage : pour cela, extrayez le
godet vers le haut, tournez le couvercle dans le
sens anti-horaire jusqu'à butée puis déposez le
couvercle (1). Posez le godet sur le couvercle afin
d'éviter les pertes d'eau (2).
A l'aide des brosses fournies, nettoyez le godet
à l'eau claire (3) en évitant de toucher les parois
internes du réacteur avec les doigts car les traces
grasses inhibent sensiblement l'écumage.
En raison du rinçage interne de la buse d'injection,
l'Hydrofoamer doit rester en service pendant toute
la durée de l'opération.
