Replacing the internal bearing
and damping washer
All Turbelle® e-jet contain an internal bearing
washer (1) and a damping washer (2). Both
article No. 9011.740, are used as a stop for the
drive assembly and do not require any special
maintenance. However, after many years and in
case of increasing pump noise, the bearing and
damping washer should be replaced:
Open the pump; pull out the drive assembly; see
maintenance instructions of Turbelle® e-jet.
Use fine pincers or hooks (3) provided in the
Cleaning Set 220.700 to pull out the two washers.
Replace the bearing and damping washers by using
article No. 9011.740.
Remplacement des rondelles internes
d'appui et d'amortissement
Toutes les Turbelle® e-jet comportent une rondelle
interne d'appui (1) et d'amortissement (2). Les
deux pièces réf. 9011.740 forment un pivot d'appui
à l'entraînement et ne nécessitent pas d'entretien
particulier. Cependant, après plusieurs années de
fonctionnement et lors de bruits croissants, nous
vous conseillons de remplacer ces pièces comme
suit :
Ouvrez la pompe, retirez l'entraînement, voir
Entretien Turbelle® e-jet.
A l'aide d'une fine pince ou du crochet (3) de
Cleaning Set 220.700, retirez les deux rondelles.
Remplacez la rondelle d'appui et d'amortissement
par la réf. 9011.740.
