4.4.3 Connection via an Additional Galvanically Isolated DC/DC Converter

The DC/DC converter is connected to the supply voltage of the room condition monitor. SIKA
recommends the QUINT4 DC/DC converter from Phoenix Contact or a technically equivalent
product.
Required components
A DC/DC converter Input: 12...24 VDC, output: 24 VDC / 1.3 A (QUINT4-PS/12-

The DC/DC converter can be obtained directly from Phoenix Contact or from SIKA under the
following article number:

IMPORTANT
An additional DC/DC converter is not required if the integrated galvanic isola-

tion module is present.
