Air has an unpleasant odor
Status LED on the appliance flashes red

Possible cause
Stagnant water in the water base
The water base is empty
The filter is missing
The device is offline
The desired humidity has been reached
Operation is blocked
The brightness of the LEDs has been heavily reduced in
the app
Action
Drain the water base and clean the appliance and the AW200
evaporator mat
Fill the water base
Insert the filter
Check the network connection
If required, increase the desired humidity level
Disable the LOCK function in the app
Increase the brightness of the LEDs in the app
