7. Switch the heating lamp on and off with the Power button. The lamp is ready
to operate if the switch is in the position I
8. The operations display illuminates green if the heating lamp is switched on
and goes out when switched off
9. The digital display shows the following:
After switching on with the Power button, the number of operating hours
already completed
- cont (continuous heating) after activating the Start/Stop button without a
time duration input
- the remaining treatment time, for
example 15:00 means that 15 minu-
tes of radiation remain
10. The Timer button serves to set the
treatment time (adjustable from 5
min to 95 min in steps of five minu-
tes)
11. Reset button
- resets the time
- is activated when the display shows
"cont" to enable the setting of the
treatment time
12. Start/Pause button serves to
- start and hold the treatment if a
time duration has been set
- to start/hold the heat-up phase if a
time duration has not been set
