Realisation of the treatment

Set up the heating lamp in such a way that the rays from the heating head are
directed to the required part of the body. The height is adjustable. There appears
the total number of completed operating hours on the digital display. After
approximately 1000 operating hours the mineral plate (and possibly the heating
head) has to be replaced. Of course, when carrying out height adjustments the
heating lamp should be switched off. Never carry out height adjustments if the
heating head is hot.
Connect the power connecting cable plug with the power socket while taking care
to ensure that the heating lamp is secure on an even surface. Switch on the lamp
with the Power button.

Pre-heating

There are two possibilities regarding pre-heating of the heating head:
With the heating lamp switched on depress the Start/Pause button. There

appears in the digital display "cont", the green LED illuminates and the heating
lamp heats up. The required temperature will be attained after approximately
10 – 15 minutes. The lamp does not switch off automatically in this mode.
Set the time with the Timer button to 10 or 15 minutes and once this time has

elapsed there follows an acoustic signal and in this mode the heating lamp
switches off automatically.

Treatment

Now depress the Timer button on the control panel and set the required treatment
duration time. Depress the Start/Pause button to start the treatment session. The
green LED illuminates during treatment. Always maintain a minimum distance of
30 cm between the heating plate and the body during treatment.
A distance of approximately 30 cm. to the face should also be maintained.
Treatment on the face should always be carried out in the frontal, sitting position,
never in the lying position or from above so that nothing can fall onto the face or
into the eyes.
When the treatment duration has been completed there follows an acoustic
signal, the heating lamp switches off automatically in this mode and the green
LED goes out.
