Die Kette des Kratzenbodens kontrollieren
Sie so, dass dürf sie nur 5 cm über der
Boden
heben.
Anwendungszeit verlängert sich die Kette
soviel, dass kann sie nich mehr zu verstellet
werden, dann müssen Sie ein oder mehr
Gelenken an beiden Ketten entnehmen.
Verbindung der Kette wird bei abschraubten
Spannmuter ausgeführt.
Bremse
stellung:
Hebelmechanismus mit der Seile verbunden
und braucht eine besondere Bedinung nicht.
Die Spannung der Bremsseile muss man mit
den Klammen korigirt warden (Bild 17,
Pos.40).
Bei jede Anwendung müssen Sie nur
entsprtechendes Arbeitsmittel und Original
SIP Ersatzteile verwendet werden.

ein
Check the tension of floor scraper's chains
again. The correct tension is achieved, when
the chain in the center of loading surface can
be lifted for max. 5 cm over the chain
guidance. After a certain period the chain get
over stretched and stretching by nuts isn't
possible any more. In this case remove one
or two links from the chain. IMPORTANT:
remove always the same quantity of links
from
each
of
two
stretching nuts and unite both ends of the
chain again. Stretch the chains and tighten
the nuts strongly.
Spreader's
brake
lever
connected with the steel wire and need no
special adjusting. The tension of brake wire is
to be adjusted by opposite tensioner (fig. 17,
pos.40).
When repairing, use adequate tools and
exclusively genuine SIP spare parts.
