SCHALTUNG DES
KRATZENBODES
Bewegung des Kratzenbodens wird mit dem
Hydraulikbedinungshebel und mit drehbaren
Knopf von 0 bis 10 angeschaltet. Hydromotor
ist mit zwei Anschlüsse angeschaltet. Die
vorwerts und rückwerts Bewegung des
Kratzenbodens
wird
Hydraulikbedinungshebel
erreicht. Die Bewegung des Kratzenbodens
ist
hinsichtlich
Geschwindigkeit
und
einstellbar.
Für die gleichmässige
Kette
dient
eine
Anspannvorrichtung.
STUTZRAD
Stutzrad ist am Fahrgestell befestigt und über
Schraubspindel noch Höche einstellbar ist.
Das Rad ist über Gabeln und Bolzen
anschlusst. Vor Inbetriebnamhe muss er
gehöben und gesichert werden.
Bei der Abschliessung des Streuers muss
man zuerst der Stutzrad abgesenkt werden,
sofiell dass er festen an Boden steht und
dass Schlepperanschluss entlastet ist.

Dungstreuer kann man leicht im Ladewagen

OPERATING SCRAPEFLOOR

reinsert the bolt.
When disconnecting the spreader from the
tractor, secure the spreader by handbrake or
wedges to prevent rolling. For the rest
proceed in opposite procedure: pull out the
wheel fork bolt, lower the wheel, reinsert the
bolt, lift the drawbar eye by the spindle to set
it free in the tow jaw.
MANURE SPREADER AS DOUBLE
AXLE TRAILER
The spreader can be in a few minutes
transformed into a cargo trailer, by removing
the spreading device and inserting the rear
wall. The trailer is so ready for transportation
of field crops, sacks etc. It's not recomended
to transport sand, soil, stones etc.
When
remowing
the
proceed as follows:

Connect the spreader to the tractor in
order to get the spreader fix.
•
Do not connect hydraulic hoses and
electric wire!
•
Remove double cardan cross from the
spreading device drive shaft, fasten steel
wire or chain into upper spreading device
eyes, fasten the steel wire or the chain at
the crane, remove inclined spreading
device spanners, open two side clips and
remove by the crane the spreading
device.
•
Replace traffic illumination from the
spreading device to the spreader itself.
