maintenance, and use of the training equipment can achieve a safe and effective
training effect. It is important to ensure that all users are familiar with all warnings
and precautions of the training equipment.
2. Before using the training equipment, users should consult their doctors and exercise
according to their physical condition to prevent health or safety incidents during
the training process. If the user is taking medication and the treatment affects the
user's heart rate, blood pressure, and cholesterol, be sure to follow the instructions
before training.
3. Keep an eye on your health when you're training. Improper or excessive training can be
bad for your health. If you have any of the following symptoms (including headache,
chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, light sickness, dizziness,
nausea, etc.), stop training immediately and continue training only after the doctor
has checked and confirmed that there is no obstacle.

5. Place the rowing machine on a solid, even ground. Place a protective mat on the floor

around you.
