OPERATION
Turn the machine ON and OFF by pressing the ON/OFF button. Press the ON/OFF button in
the shutdown state to start the machine, and press the ON/OFF button in the shutdown
state for 3 seconds to turn OFF the machine.
Pause exercising when you need to set a function value for a new exercise. The current
settings will be flashing when pressing the MODE (Mode) button. By pressing the MODE
button, you can switch between the functions that you want to adjust. The value can be
increased or decreased by pressing the UP or DOWN button. After adjusting the desired
setting, you can exercise according to the target value. When you reach the target
value, you will hear a flashing and beeping alarm.
NOTE: Only time (TIME) and distance (DIST) can be set.
NOTICE:
1. If the electronic display shows any problems or doesn't work at all, open the battery
cover to remove the battery and reinstall the battery.
2. If the electronic display fades and the heart rate function does not work properly,
please open the battery cover and replace the battery.
Suitable batteries for the display: LR6 SIZE AA 1.5V ×2 (two No. 5 alkaline batteries).
