Solution
– Was the appliance switched on with the ON/OFF button
(position I)?
– Was the lever press arm pushed down?
– Were juicing cone and squeezing cone correctly mounted to the
appliance?
– Were pulp filter and juice collector correctly installed?
– The motor overload protection has been triggered. (See below for
details).
– To protect the motor, your Solis Citrus Juicer Pro is fitted with over-
load protection. Should the juicer suddenly stop after prolonged
use or when processing fruits that are hard to juice, switch the
appliance off with the ON/OFF button (position 0), pull the plug and
let the appliance cool down for 15 minutes. Once the appliance has
cooled down, you can start using it again.
– Note: To allow the motor overload protection to reset, it is critical
that the power plug is pulled!
– In spite of the newly fitted motor overload protection, we recom-
mend not juicing too many fruits in one go but instead always pro-
cessing them in smaller amounts.
