26. The appliance is fitted with resettable motor overload protection.
27. Never operate the appliance with a timer switch or a remote control. This will
prevent the appliance from switching on by itself resp. by accident after f.e. the
motor overload protection has been triggered.
28. Please ensure that the Solis Citrus Juicer Pro is correctly assembled before using
it. Should this not be the case, the appliance might not be operational.
29. Use only the included squeezing cone, juicing cone, pulp filter and juice collec-
tor. Improper accessories might cause electric shock and fire or personal dam-
age!
30. Before shifting, disassembling, assembling or cleaning the appliance, always
switch it off with the ON/OFF button on the appliance back side. Pull the plug
from the socket and wait for the motor to come to a full stop. This also applies
when the appliance is not in use.
31. When juicing hard resp. solid foods that might be difficult to process, the appli-
ance should not be running for more than 10 seconds without interruption. The
motor should cool down for a minute before you restart it.
32. During use, keep hands, fingers, hair, clothing, jewelry or kitchen tools well away
from the juicing cone and never reach in. Risk of injury!
33. Always be very careful while juicing – never bring fingers, hands, hair, clothing,
jewelry or kitchen tools near the rotating and moving parts.
34. Also keep your fingers and hands away from the hinge of the lever press arm
when the appliance is in use or being shifted.
35. Use the Solis Citrus Juicer Pro only for juicing citrus fruits.
36. Keep the appliance clean. Always switch the appliance off and pull the plug
before cleaning it and storing it away. Please refer to the „Cleaning And Care"
section of this manual.
37. Before the first use, remove all packaging materials and stickers resp. labels and
rinse squeezing cone, juicing cone, pulp filter and juice collector in warm dish
water with a soft dishcloth. Please refer to the „Cleaning And Care" section on
page 51 of this manual.
