Fault description
Charger blinks red.
The device cannot reach all places
in the pool.
The device does not completely
move up the wall.
The device does not sink.
The device rises to the surface.
If the fault cannot be rectified, please contact an authorized specialist or the Steinbach

Cause
Low rechargeable battery voltage or
faulty rechargeable battery.
The water circuit of the pool is
switched on.
The device becomes stuck on the
drain grate.
The filter is clogged.
Algae grows on the walls.
The water temperature is too high or
too low.
The tires or the cleaning roller are/is
worn.
The device is too light and topples.
The device has too little buoyancy.
There is air in the device.
The salt content is too high and the
device has more buoyancy.
The device climbs too high or there
is air trapped in the device.
The salt content is too high and the
device has more buoyancy.
Remedy
Contact customer service.
Switch off the filter system of the
pool.

Clean the filter.
Manually pre-clean the pool walls.
Investigate and remedy the cause of
algae growth (e.g., pH value). Use
the pool cleaner more frequently.
Operate the device at water
operating temperature (see section
"Technical data").
Check the tires and the cleaning
roller for wear and replace them if
necessary.
Switch off the device and let all the
air escape.
Fit the additional buoyancy aids
included in the scope of delivery.
