Instructions: Here is how you can get the data for your concentrate
1.) Fill at least 250 ml of concentrate into a clean container
2.) Copy/print the form and fill out
3.) Send the concentrate (well sealed) with this signed order form and the
manufacturer data sheet for the concentrate to the address above.
4.) After a few days, you will receive a report with the
data for your concentrate.
