Use

The Misceo 3 is a fully electronically controlled mixing device for mixing water-soluble cooling lubricants,
which are designated for mixing by the cooling lubricant manufacturer. Other uses are potentially dangerous.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage which was caused as a result of improper use or incorrect
operation.

Installation

Before startup, stably fasten the Misceo 3, e.g., on your cooling lubricant concentrate vat.
Cooling lubricant concentrate vat. If possible, use the wall console for safe fastening to the wall. When
mounting, make sure it is stable and horizontal.
Vat use
After fastening the Misceo 3, you may begin with the rest of installation. The Misceo 3 can
both be operated with piping, as well as with robust hoses. In the event of a constant pressure load, it is
required that piping be used for safety reasons.
Threaded connections for installing piping for the
Misceo 3:
Water inlet = 1/2" internal
Mixture outlet = 1/2" external
When using piping, remove the coupling plug from the water inlet of the Misceo 3 and from the mixture
outlet. The piping can be attached now. For the water inlet, please use the filter sieve for the piping as well.
When using hoses, proceed as follows:
- Remove sealing plug
- Connect hoses according to hose labelling:
Water supply hose
Concentrate suction hose and vat screw joint,
a working foot valve with filter is required for proper
function (angle can be turned)
Outlet hose
Attach wall plug transformer
- Connect any options
(observe symbols on the housing and plug connections)
Attention: The water and power supply of the mixing device must always be disconnected after
the end of use or if the device is not being supervised! Always fasten the outlet hose above the
cooling lubricant level when it isn't in operation. The cooling lubricant can continue to run. If
hoses are used, these are to be checked and replaced regularly.

Attention:
Please securely fasten the Misceo only to stable walls!
