EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
We hereby declare as the party solely responsible that
this product and any versions and accessories comply
with the basic regulations. The current EU Declaration

WARRANTY
Thomashilfen offers you the two-year warranty as requi-
red by law for this product. The warranty period starts
when the item is handed over. The warranty includes all
claims which impact function. Not included is damage
which is the result of improper use (e.g. overloading)
and natural wear and tear.
PERIOD OF USE
The product has a period of use of up to 6 years if used
correctly and serviced regularly by a professional as per
the information from the manufacturer. The product
can be used beyond this point if it is in safe and techni-
cally sound condition.
The theoretical period of use does not equate to a gua-
ranteed service life. It depends on the intensity of use
and always undergoes an individual assessment by the
distributor.
The period of use ends before the given time frame if
the user has reached the maximum body weight or ma-
ximum body height to safely use the product.
The period of use does not apply to wear parts like pad-
ding, covers, etc.

Wir erklären hiermit in alleiniger Verantwortung, dass dieses
Produkt, ggf. Varianten und Zubehör mit den grundlegenden
Bestimmungen übereinstimmt. Eine aktuelle EU-Konformitäts-
erklärung kann im Internet auf www.thomashilfen.de herun-
tergeladen oder direkt bei uns angefordert werden.
GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Thomashilfen bietet Ihnen für dieses Produkt die zweijährige
gesetzliche Gewährleistung. Die Frist beginnt mit dem Zeit-
punkt der Übergabe der Ware. Die Gewährleistung umfasst
alle Ansprüche, die die Funktion beeinträchtigen. Ausgenom-
men sind Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch (z. B.
Überbelastung), sowie natürlichen Verschleiß entstehen.
NUTZUNGSDAUER
Das Produkt hat eine Nutzungsdauer von bis zu 6 Jahren bei
fachgerechter und regelmäßiger Wartung auf Grundlage der
Herstellerangaben. Das Produkt kann über diesen Zeitraum hi-
naus verwendet werden, wenn es sich in einem sicheren und
technisch einwandfreien Zustand befindet.
Die theoretische Nutzungsdauer ist keine garantierte Nut-
zungsdauer. Sie ist abhängig von der Nutzungsintensität und
unterliegt immer einer Einzelfallprüfung durch den Fachhan-
del.
Die Nutzungsdauer endet vor dem angegebenen Zeitraum,
wenn der Nutzer das maximale Körpergewicht oder die maxi-
male Körpergröße für die sichere Verwendung des Produktes
erreicht hat.
Die Nutzungsdauer bezieht sich nicht auf Verschleißteile wie
Polster, Bezüge etc.
