No device shows in the device list.
The sensor connects to the controller. The controller
shows "online" in the device list, but the sensor does
not show in the device list.
The sensor connects to the controller, but the sensor
shows the message 'Inactive since'.
Possible cause

Problem
Cellular internet access:
• Use the web server application to check the SIM
card settings (provider, APN etc.).
• Use the web server application to check the
network status.
• Make sure that the prepaid SIM card has credit.
• Make sure that the SIM card data volume is not
exceeded.
LAN internet access:
• Make sure that the controller has approval to be
connected in the network.
• Make sure that the network cable is connected to
the correct Ethernet port. Refer to
on page 13.
• Use the web server application to examine the
network status.
• If the network sharing configuration is enabled,
search the first controller in the series that is
offline and examine for connectivity problems.
Make sure that the sensors are connected to MSM.
Contact technical support.
Refresh the browser.
Make sure that the controller is on and
connected to the HACH Server.
Set the controller to off and then on
again.
Contact technical support.
Refresh the browser.
Make sure that the sensor connection to
the controller is correct and the controller
is set to on.
Disconnect the sensor from the controller
and then connect the sensor again.
Make sure that the sensor connection to
the controller is correct.
Disconnect the sensor and connect the
sensor again to controller.
