9.2.2 Fit the lower push bar (4) (Fig. 3)
1.
Align the holes in the lower push bar (4) with the
holes in the product.
2.
Fasten the lower push bar (4) with the enclosed
M8 x 25 mm bolts (4c), spring washers (4b) and
standard washers (4a). Use a 13 mm open-ended
spanner for this.
9.2.3 Fitting the wheels (Fig. 3)
1.
Place the wheel (6) on the axle.
2.
Secure the wheel (6) with the locking plate (6a).
3.
Repeat the process on the other side.
9.3
Fit the upper push bar (2) (Fig. 4 - 5)
1.
Remove the star knobs (adjusting device) (5).
2.
Align the holes in the lower push bar (4) and the
upper push bar (2).
3.
Assemble the inner adjusting device (5b) and the
outer adjusting device (5c) so that the teeth inter-
lock. Ensure that the height of the upper push bar
(2) is set uniformly on both sides.
4.
Now screw the lower push bar (4) and the upper
push bar (2) to the adjusting device.
5.
Now align all Bowden cables neatly on the upper
push bar (2) and secure them with the enclosed
cable clips (2a).
9.4
Fit adjusting lever (9) (Fig. 6)
1.
Align the adjustment lever (9).
2.
Insert the adjustment lever (9) into the holder and
align the holes accordingly.
3.
Fasten the adjustment lever (9) with the enclosed
hexagon bolt M8 x 45 mm (9a) and the hexagon
nut M8 (9b). Use two 13 mm open-ended spanners
for this.
10. Before commissioning
m Attention! Petrol is highly flammable!
m Warning!
Health hazard!
Inhaling petrol/lubricant vapours may lead to severe
health damage, loss of consciousness and, in extreme
cases, to death.
• Do not breathe petrol/lubricating oil vapours and ex-
haust gases.
• Operate the product outdoors only.

NOTE!
Environmental damage!
Spilled oil can pollute the environment permanently.
The liquid is highly toxic and can quickly lead to water
pollution.
• Fill/empty oil only on level, paved surfaces.
• Use a filling nozzle or funnel.
• Collect drained oil in a suitable container.
• Wipe up spilled oil carefully immediately and dis-
pose of the cloth according to local regulations.
• Dispose of oil as per local regulations.
NOTE!
Risk of damage!
If incorrectly stored or undrained fuel is used, the car-
burettor may become clogged or engine operation may
be affected.
• Put unused fuel in an airtight vessel and store it in a
dark, cool room.
m Attention!
Always make sure the product is fully assembled
before commissioning!
Place the product on a level, even surface.
Tool required:
• Funnel*
• Cloth*
*Not included in the scope of delivery!
10.1 Filling with engine oil
m Attention!
The product is delivered without oil.
Therefore, ensure that you add oil before starting
it up.
Use oil type SAE 10W-30 /10W-40.
Check the oil level regularly. An oil level that is too low
can damage the engine.
1.
Unscrew the oil filler plug with oil dipstick (13).
2.
Fill the tank with engine oil using a funnel*. In doing
so, note the max. filling capacity of 0.6 litres.
3.
Wipe the oil dipstick (13) with a clean, lint-free
cloth*.
4.
Reinsert the oil dipstick (13) without screwing it tight.
5.
Unscrew the oil dipstick (13) again. The oil level
should be halfway between the "L" and "H" markings.
6.
Correct the oil level if necessary.
7.
Then screw the oil filler plug with oil dipstick (13)
back in.
