GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Warranty for household appliances
Your appliance has a
-year warranty. The cooking plate has a

year* warranty.
To benefit from an additional year of warranty free of charge, sign up
to our website
(www.lagrange.fr).
The warranty includes parts and labour and covers
manufacturing defects.
Deterioration that results from misuse or non-observance of the
manual is not covered by the warranty, and neither is damage from
dropping the appliance.
THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO DOMESTIC USE, AND UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES PROFESSIONAL USE.
The legal warranty to which the seller is bound does not exclude the
legal warranty by which the Manufacturer is bound for manufacturing
defects or flaws in accordance with article
Civil Code. In the event of breakdown or malfunction, please contact
your distributor.
In the event of a technical defect within
appliances are replaced. After this period, they are repaired by the
after-sales service.
To benefit from this warranty, users must present a copy of the
invoice stating the date on which the appliance was purchased.

Availability of spare parts
In accordance with article L

for spare parts to be available for a repairable product for
after the date of its manufacture.
However, this availability is only guaranteed in the country in which
the product was purchased. Dispatch costs for returns
After the first year during which the distributor warranty is in place,
