STOPPING THE APPLIANCE

Do not clean the stainless steel

plate with chlorinated products.
Hotplate:
Before use, the plate on your Plancha Pro
has a brushed appearance. With the use
of acidic food and utensils, the plate will
become scratched and form a patina. This
change in appearance is normal and does
not alter the operation of your appliance.
Unplug your appliance and clean it while hot.
