After mowing, remove any plant
 
remains that have become stuck
to the wheels, ventilation opening,
ejector opening and blade area using
a piece of wood or plastic . Do not use
any hard or sharp objects as these
could damage the device .
Check the device before each use
 
for obvious defects such as loose,
worn or damaged parts . Ensure that
all nuts, bolts and screws are firmly in
place .
Check the covers and protective
 
devices for damage and correct fit.
Replace these if necessary .
Many accidents are due to poor
 
maintenance, cleaning and care .
The use of non-original spare parts
 
can lead to accidents .
Do not dismantle any safety
 
components (e .g . impact protection),
otherwise safe use of the machine
cannot be guaranteed .
˜ Replacing blades
If the blade is blunt, it can be
re-sharpened by a specialist company . If
the blade is damaged or unbalanced, it
must be replaced .

3 . Use a spanner (SW16) to turn the
blade bolt and washer
clockwise from the motor spindle .
4 . Reassemble the new blade
reverse order .

Make sure that the blade

blade bolt
is tightened .
