ASSEMBLE RUGGEDLINE MOUNTING HARDWARE.
Align the RuggedLine mounting holes with the T-bolts. Assemble
the M6 washers and M6 nyloc nuts as shown.
TIGHTEN RUGGEDLINE MOUNTING HARDWARE.

Using the 10 mm spanner, and avoiding damage to the powder coat, carefully
secure the RuggedLine by tightening the M6 nyloc nut to 7 Nm.
4 REPEAT STEPS TO OPPOSITE SIDE.
Repeat steps 1-3 for securing opposite side RuggedLine.
Ensure both RuggedLine are securely positioned on the vehicle roof.
Check each nyloc nut is secure before proceeding to install
LockNLoad platform to your RuggedLine.
