APPLY ADHESIVE BACKED FOAM.

Clean the underside of the self
aligning T-bolts with isopropyl
alcohol or other appropriate
cleaning solution where the
adhesive backed foam is to be
applied.
Remove the backing tape from the
adhesive backed foam to expose
the adhesive. Take care not to
touch the adhesive as this may
affect adhesion.
Install the adhesive backed foam
to the underside of each self
aligning T-bolt as shown.

INSERT SELF ALIGNING T-BOLT.
Insert M6 self aligning T-bolt
into track by placing inside
track and turning clockwise
to lock into position.
POSITION RUGGEDLINE ON VEHICLE ROOF.

Referring to the left-right orientation on top of each RuggedLine, carefully
place one side of the RuggedLine onto vehicle tray roof as shown. Line up
the mounting holes on the bottom tabs to the self aligning T-bolts installed
in the previous steps. The tabs are to face in towards the vehicle.
