2.2 Explanation of Symbols

Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if
not avoided, may result in serious injury.
2.3 Safety Instructions
This pump may only be operated by qualified personnel.
Suitable protective equipment such as gloves, safety goggles and
protective footwear must be worn when working on refrigeration
systems. Hearing protection must be worn when using the vacuum
pump.
The rechargeable battery-powered vacuum pump must
not be used as a compressor or for pressurising with air
or other gases.
The vacuum pump must not be used in explosive
atmospheres!
Aggressive, harmful, contaminated gases, pure oxygen,
ammonia and the like, which can attack the steel parts,
must not be extracted with this vacuum pump.
The pump may only be used in locations with
mechanical ventilation with at least four air changes per
hour and with a floor clearance of at least 50 cm.
