Possible Cause
The pump has been used
for too long, damage and
wear to components
causes increased gaps
between parts.
Damaged oil seal.
Loose or damaged oil box
connections.
Excessive oil volume.
The pressure at the inlet is
too high for a longer
period.
Oil temperature is too low.
Remedy
recalculate it and
select a suitable
pump model.
Inspection and
repair or
replacement of
the pump.
Replace the oil
seal.
Tighten
connection
screws, replace
O-rings.
Drain oil until the
oil level line is
reached.
Select a suitable
pump and
increase the
pumping speed.
Uncover the air
inlet opening to
the outside
atmosphere and
remove the oil
separator. Use a
screwdriver to
turn the motor
shaft
anticlockwise.
