5.2.1 Zerlegen der Armatur
1. Für die innenliegenden Ersatzteile muss die Armatur
zunächst zerlegt werden.
2. Stellen Sie die demontierte Armatur auf eine ebene
Fläche.
3. Das Austauschen der Kit-Ersatzteile wird an einer
Armatur mit pneumatischem/elektrischem Kugel-
hahnantrieb gezeigt. Die Armatur wurde komplett
mit dem Kugelhahnantrieb demontiert.
4. Wenn Sie den pneumatischem/elektrischem Kugel-
hahnantrieb oder den Kugelhahn nicht demontiert
haben, machen Sie gleich auf
weiter. Ansonsten bitte weiter mit
5. Bitte kennzeichnen Sie, wenn erforderlich, alle vor-
handenen Luftschläuche an der Armatur mit Etiketten
und ziehen Sie alle Luftschläuche ab.
6. Drücken Sie z.B. rechts auf den Ring am pneumatischen
Anschluss und ziehen Sie gleichzeitig den Luftschlauch
nach links heraus (siehe Abbildung 1).

7. Lösen Sie die 4 Sechskantschrauben mit Sicherungs-
scheiben am Spülgehäuse der Armatur mit einem
Flachschlüssel l0 mm, durch Drehen gegen den Uhr-
zeigersinn (siehe Abbildung 2).

5.2.1 Dismantle the process assembly
1. For the inside located spare parts,the process
assembly is to dismantle firstly.
2. Put the demounted process assembly on a plain
area.
3. The exchange of kit spare parts is shown at a process
assembly with pneumatic/electric ball valve drive.
The process assembly was demounted completely
with the pneumatic/electric ball valve drive.
4. If you did not demount the pneumatic/electric
ball valve drive or the ball valve, please proceed
directly on page 43

5. Please mark, if required, all available air hoses at
the process assembly, using labels, and pull off all
air hoses.
6. Press e.g. at the right side on the ring at the pneumatic
connection and at once pull off the air hose to the left
side (see figure 1).
7. Loosen the 4 hexagon screws with retaining
washers at the rinse chamber of the process
assembly, by turning counter-clockwise, using
a 10 mm wrench (see figure 2).
