Warnings and symbols used
The following warnings and symbols are used in these operating
instructions, on the appliance and on the packaging:
DANGER! This symbol with the signal word "Danger"
indicates a hazard with a high degree of risk which, if
not avoided, will result in serious injury or death.
WARNING! This symbol together with the signal word
"Warning" indicates a hazard of moderate risk which
can lead to death or serious injuries if not avoided.
CAUTION! This symbol, along with the signal word
"Caution", indicates a low-risk danger which may cause
minor or moderate injuries if the danger warning is not
observed.
ATTENTION! This symbol, along with the signal word
"Attention", indicates that property damage is possible.
NOTE: This symbol, along with the signal word
"Note" provides additional useful information.
WARNING! DANGER OF EXPLOSION!
A warning with this symbol and the words "WARNING!
DANGER OF EXPLOSION" indicates a potential danger
of explosion. Ignoring a warning notice of this kind can
lead to severe injuries or death or potential property
damage.
Follow the instructions in this warning to prevent
serious injury, danger to life or the risk of property
damage!
This pictogram indicates that suitable protective gloves
must be worn! Follow the instructions of this warning to
prevent injuring your hands with objects or due to con-
tact with hot materials or chemicals.
A warning with this symbol informs the user of possible
hearing damage. Avoid listening at high volumes for
long periods of time.
Direct current/voltage
The CE mark confirms conformity with the EU directives
applicable to the product.
This symbol means that the instructions for use must be
