Using special modes
Remember to return to Walking mode when this special mode is no
longer necessary, except for Biking mode, where the return to Walking
mode is automatic.
In Walking mode, the knee joint by default applies a flexion resistance level
defined by the certified prosthetist's settings.
A.
This mode can be set by the orthopedic prosthetist to adjust the electronic
settings to a particular situation (e.g.: wearing heavy shoes, carrying
loads...). Select this mode when this sort of situation is encountered.

The knee can be locked:
Manual lock: hydraulic locking of the knee joint in full extension:
And, if made accessible to the user by the certified prosthetist:
Active flexion locking ("automatic locking") - between 0° and 45° max. - useful to

maintain a fixed position, with the knee bent
Before walking again, check that the knee is presenting the right flexion resistance.
