BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG FÜR
VERWENDUNGSGRENZEN
- Dieses Produkt nur als Schaftausrichtungswerkzeug verwenden. Es soll nie auf einer defini-
tiven Prothese montiert werden.
- Nicht mehr als 10 Verwendungen
- Für Patienten bis zu 100 kg.
ZUSAMMENBAU
Das System 1K100 kann an alle genormten 4mm-Loch Adapter mit 6mm Gewinde und 36mm Achsabs-
tand adaptiert werden.
z.B. 1K03..., 1K30..., 1K14..., 1K01..., 1K02..., 1K25..., 1K90...
EINJUSTIERUNG
- Mit den Schrauben ¿ wird die Verschiebeeinheit einjustiert.
Die Einstellweite beträgt : 15 mm (+/- 7,5 mm)
- Die Pro-Supination, Plantarflexion und Dorsalextension wird mit den Schrauben ¡ ein-
gestellt. Die Einstellweite beträgt : 18° (+/- 9°)

ACHTUNG
Wenn der Kopf einer Schraube 1 oder 2 in das Gewindeloch länger als 1 mm eingeführt ist, müssen Sie
diese Schraube mit einer längeren Schraube ersetzen.
Hinweis : nach der Einstellung, verwenden Sie für Schrauben 1 und 2 unser mittel starken Klebstoff (ref.
Protéor XC047).

LIMITS OF USE
- Use this product only as a socket alignment tool. It must never be assembled to a final
prosthesis.
- No more than 10 uses.
- For patients up to 100 kg.
ASSEMBLY
Use the four milled head hex socket screws 3 to fix the 1K101 system to any " European Standard "
component (four ø 6 holes with centre distance 36 mm)
-e.g. 1K03, 1K30, 1K14, etc.
Use the four convex head hex socket screws 4 to fix the 1K101 system to any " European Standard "
component (four M6 holes with centre distance 36 mm)
-e.g. 1K01, 1K02, 1K25, 1K90, etc.
ADJUSTMENTS
Translation is adjusted with screw 1. The range of adjustment is 15 mm (+ or - 7,5 mm).
Tilt is adjusted with screws 2. The range of adjustment is 18° (+ or - 9°).

CAUTION
Never leave screw 2 or 3 in place if the head has penetrated more than 1 mm into the tapped hole. If
this happens, replace the screw with one of the longer ones provided. Conversely, if a screw juts out too
much, replace it with a shorter one provided.
Advice : after adjustment use on the threads of screws 2 and 3 average strength
adhesive PROTEOR ref. XC047.
