before commissioning!

Chucking the beaters
Risk of injury! Wear protective gloves.
• The beater holders (9/10) and the beaters
themselves are identified by the letters R and L.
• Push the sleeve (11/12) down and connect the
beaters (2/3) to the appropriately identified holders
(9/10).
Make sure that the pin (a) is in the groove (b) on
each beater.
• Release the sleeve. The beater is locked.
m Check the safe seating of the beaters by pulling
on them.

Commissioning
Before you connect the equipment to the mains
supply make sure that the data on the rating plate are
identical to the mains data.
Always pull the power plug before making adjustments
to the equipment.
Switching on/off
Do not use any device where the switch can not be
switched on and off. Damaged switches must be
repaired or replaced immediately by the customer
service.
Switching on (Fig.5)
• Operate the trip switch (5) at first. Press the ON/
OFF button (4) on the handle.
Start the machine at the lowest rotational speed
(Level 1).

Switching off
• Release the ON/OFF handle button (4).
This machine is not suited for continuous
operation.
Speed control (Fig. 6)
With this type, the motor's speed and thus the agitator
performance can be adjusted. (Level 1 - 6).
• You can continuously adjust the speed with the
speed control (6).
2- speed gear (Fig. 7)
The device is equipped with a 2-speed gear. If the gear
selection switch cannot be locked, turn the stirring staff
a little.
• For the speed selection turn the switch (7) by 180°.

Only operate this switch at standstill.
Working with the paint and mortar mixing tool
Before changing the mixing tool you must pull the
power plug.
Reduce the working speed when you immerse the
mixing tool into the material you want to mix and when
you take it out again. When the mixing tool is fully
immersed, raise the speed to maximum in order to
ensure adequate cooling of the motor. Move the mixing
tool through the mixing container during the mixing
operation. Continue mixing until all the material has
been thoroughly processed. When you are finished
with your mixing work, clean the mixing tool.
10. Maintenance and care
m Warning! Pull out the mains plug before carrying
out any setting, servicing or repair work!
General maintenance measures
• Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor
housing free of dirt and dust as far as possible.
Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth or blow it
down with compressed air at low pressure.
• We recommend that you clean the equipment
immediately after you use it.
