Advice for use
- Choose the size of the cookware/serving dishes appropriately to the quantity to be prepared.
- Only place the cookware/serving dish on the glass ceramic surface carefully. Do not slide it, instead lift it up
and set it down in the desired position. Make sure that you do not slide the dish when portioning and taking
out the food. This will prevent scratching and potential damages to the surface.
- Make sure that the cookware/serving dish rests securely on the induction unit and does not protrude over the
side of the glass ceramic surface.
- To keep food warm reliably, heat up the empty serving dish before filling it and cover it with a matching lid.
- Stir the dish, if necessary, to keep it uniformly warm.
- To avoid burned-in food residues and difficult cleaning thereafter, do not leave the empty cookware on the
appliance being switched on.
- Remove residues, especially from sugar or sugary food, from the glass ceramic surface immediately to prevent
them from burning in onto the surface.
