Maximum gas The maximum gas flow rate of the gas sensor is calculated as follows:

Maximum gas flow rate (l/min) = 30 x correction factor
The set value of the gas flow rate is currently limited to 30 l/min.
From a correction factor >1, the measurable gas quantity of the gas sensor is li-
mited to the upper set value limit.
NOTE!
For gases with high correction factors (> 3), the accuracy of the gas sensor
decreases considerably.
The usable measuring range of the sensor is particularly low for helium.
Connect the welding system to the grid.
Switch the power switch on the welding machine to - I -
On the welding machine, under Process parameters > Common TIG/MMA/
Plasma > [Next page]> Plasma >, set the respective Plasma gas set value
and the correction factor (Plasma gas factor on the welding machine).
