3 Product description
3.1 Description of the product
The product is an intermediate heat exchanger for separat-
ing the heating circuit and heat pump circuit.
The heat pump circuit can be filled either with a glycol/water
mixture or with water. If the primary heating circuit (heat
pump circuit) is filled with a glycol/water mixture (brine flu-
id), the outdoor unit is then protected against freezing, even
if this is electrically switched off or in the case of a power cut.
