11. Duration of use

The service life depends on the respective operating conditions. Based on previous experience, a service life of
8 years can be assumed for retaining ropes under normal operating conditions. The year of manufacture of the
tether is marked on the shrink sleeve.
The tether must be made available to the manufacturer for evaluation of the damage in the event of any type of
damage to any components. Use with damaged components will result in the immediate loss of the liability
claim.
