PROBLEM
The product does not turn on.
The device does not have
water circulation.
The device does not heat up.
The device displays the
error code E01.
The device displays the
error code E02.
The device displays the
error code E0L.
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Make sure the appliance is properly plugged into the power
outlet.
• Make sure the power cord is not damaged.
• Press the power button for 3 seconds.
• Problem: The water circulation fan is loose or the motor does
not run.
• Solution: Remove the bottom cover of the appliance to fix the
water circulation fan correctly.
• Problem: The heating element does not work.
• Solution: Disconnect the appliance from the mains and recon-
nect it. If the appliance still does not heat, the unit will need
to be replaced. Contact customer service, do not replace parts
yourself.
• Problem:
• The temperature sensor does not work.
• The appliance has been removed from the water container.
• Solution:
• Switch the device off and on again. The set configuration will
be lost, reprogram the device.
• If the appliance still does not work, please contact customer
service.
• Problem: The appliance is too hot and has overheat protection.
• Solution: Stop the appliance until it cools down.
• Problem: The water in the pot is less than the MIN water level.
• Solution:
• Add some water to the pot and make sure the water level is
exactly between the MIN and MAX.
• Restart and turn on the device again.
