It is recommended to clean the appliance after each use, although cooking with clean water
is not a product that gets too dirty, it is advisable to keep it clean for greater working effi-
ciency. After cleaning, dry the product completely with a soft, dry cloth.

From time to time, it is advisable to clean the product more thoroughly to prevent limescale
build-up.
In many places, especially on coasts, tap water can be hard, causing mineral deposits on our
products. Limescale build-up can damage the appliance.
Cleaning with vinegar and water
1. Use a solution of water and white cleaning vinegar at 70% and 30% respectively. Put the
liquid in the bucket you usually use, 2 or 3 litres should be enough, as long as it covers the
minimum height line of the product.
2. Set a temperature of 60ºC in the appliance, once the temperature has been reached, re-
move it after 5 minutes.
3. Then rinse the product thoroughly with water and dry it completely before storing it.
Cleaning with CLR and water
1. Use a solution of 10% CLR and 90% water. CLR is a phosphate-free anti-limescale product
that is safe for stainless steel.
2. Circulate the water (it is not necessary to set a specific temperature, but you can set 60ºC
as with the previous method).
3. After 5-10 minutes, stop the appliance. Rinse the product thoroughly with water to remove
all traces of limescale and dry completely with a cloth.
In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of dangerous
substances in electric and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. The symbol with the
crossed dustbin shown on the package indicates that the product at the end of its service life shall be
collected as separate waste. Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must
be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic
equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one
basis. The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled,
treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible nega-
tive effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making
up the apparatus. Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative
sanctions according to the laws.
