Ölstandskontrolle.

Maschine warm laufen lassen und auf
ebenem Boden stellen.

Den Mähbalken ausheben und auf der
rechten Seite z. B. mit einem Kantholz
75 mm unterbauen.

Den Balken herunterlassen, so daß er links
auf dem Boden und rechts auf dem
Kantholz aufliegt.

Ölstand durch die Kontrollöffnung mit einem
Meßstab überprüfen. Den Meßstab dabei
senkrecht zum
Balkenboden einführen.

Ölstandshöhe:
ca. 14 mm (6)
Falls sich bei einer Kontrolle der Ölstand im
Balken nicht genau feststellen lassen sollte, ist
das gesamte Öl abzulassen und Frischöl der
vorgeschriebenen Menge aufzufüllen.
  Fette auf pflanzlicher basis
verwenden.
6. Überwinterung
1. Maschine an einem
abstellen. Nicht in der Nähe von
Kunstdünger lagern.
2. Maschine innen und außen gründlich
reinigen. Scmutz zieht Feuchtigkeit an und
führt zu Rostbildung. Kein Hochdruck-
Waschgerät ist zur Reinigung empfohlen.
3. Bewegliche Teile wie Spannrollen, Gelenke
und dgl. auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen, ggf.
demontieren, reinigen und auf Verschleiß
prüfen. Falls erforderlich durch neue Teile
ersetzen.
4. Alle Gelenkstellen einölen.
5. Maschine nach dem Reinigen nochmals
gründlich abschmieren.
6. Schutzrohre der Gelenkwellen einfetten, um
Einfrieren zu verhindern.
7. Lackschäden ausbessern, blanke Stellen
gründlich mit Rostschutzmittel einsprühen.

Balken bis auf den
trockenen Platz

Oil level check.

Run the machine until it is warm and then
store it on a level area.

Raise the mowing bar 75 mm and prop it on
the right hand side (e.g. using a 4"
scantling).

Lower the mowing bar so that on the left
hand side it will rest on the ground and on
the right hand side on the scantling.

Check the oil level through hole using a
dipstick. Introduce the oil level dipstick
vertically to the mowing bar until it reaches
the bar floor.

Required oil level:
abt. 14 mm (6)
If it should not be possible to appoint the oil
level inside the bar, the oil has to be drained
totally and fresh oil has to be filled in up to the
prescribed level.
  Use the grease on vegetable
basis.
6. Wintering
1. Remove the machine in a dry place. Not
near the mineral manure storehouse.
2. Clean the machine inside and outside
thoroughly. Dirt holds moisture and causes
rust. Cleaning with high pressure cleaner is
not recommanded.
3. Check flexible parts such as stay wires,
joints and other, demount and clean them,
check the wear out. Replace with spare
parts if needed.
4. Lubricate all the parts of P.T.O. shaft
connections.
5. After cleaning
thoroughly.
6. Grease the bearing
protection to reduce agglutination.
7. Repair the varnish injuries, protect the bright
surfaces with a remedy for rust.
