Vorbereitung
Die Installation darf nur von Fachperso-
nal durchgeführt werden!
Spülen Sie das Leitungsnetz sorgfältig
mit trockenem Inertgas oder evakuieren
Sie es.
Falls Fremdkörper und Schmutzpartikel
während des Betriebes nicht vermeidbar
sind, muß ein Schmutzfänger vorgesehen
werden.
Kontrollieren Sie vor der Installation an-
hand des Typenschildes, ob das Gerät für
den vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck
geeignet ist (Gasart, Druck).
4.2
Preparation
The installation shall only be performed
by the skilled personnel!
Carefully flush the line network with dry
inert gas or evacuate it.
We recommend to install a filter if you
can't avoid contamination with dirt par-
ticles.
Before installation, check identification
plate to ensure that the pressure reducer
can be used for the specified purpose
(gas type, pressure).
4.3
Montage
Feindruckminderer so spannungfrei in
die Leitung einbauen, dass der Pfeil am
Gehäuse in Durchflussrichtung zeigt.
Die Federhaube kann - sofern nicht aus-
drücklich anders angegeben - unten oder
oben liegen. Der Einbauort sollte sich in
einem strömungstechnisch ungestörten
horizontalen Leitungsabschnitt befinden.
Krümmer, Absperrventil oder sonstige
Drosselstellen dicht vor oder hinter dem
Ventil sind zu vermeiden.
Benutzen Sie zur Montage nur geeignetes
Werkzeug (z. B. Gabelschlüssel, keine
Rohrzange) in der richtigen Größe.
4.3
Assembly
Install pressure reducer without any ten-
sible force. Observe that the arrow on
the body shows in the direction of the
gas flow. If it is not directly mentioned
the bonnet can be installed upwards or
downwards. The place of installation
should be in a quite fluidic horizontal
line area. Avoid quarter bends, shut off
valves or other throttlings directly before
or behind the regulator.
Observe the installation position. On
this reducer type the hand knob always
should show downwards. Other posi-
tions may cause deviations or shorter
time between overhauls.
