Periodic errors.
1. The chair won't charge every a empt.
2. The chair will only work periodically, even a er
a reset.
The chair is eleva ng uneven, one defect actuator.
1. If one of the actuators on the chair
isn't eleva ng and the chair is being
pulled sideways.

If experiencing periodic errors always try and reset
the chair as described above.
It is also possible that the issue is an incorrectly
mounted wire, so check the wires is plugged cor-
rectly in.
If the problem con nues it might be a defect
switch box. Contact HMN for further advice.
If you o en experience issues with the chair not
working and the resets only work temporarily be-
fore all lights in the hand control are blinking again
it might be sign of incorrectly mounted wires or
issues with the switc box. Contact HMN for further
advice.
The actuators on the chair will not always go at the same speed.
This might result in slighty lted seat frame. In this case just
lower the chair completely to reset the pistons in the actuators.
If there is a problem with one actuator not working it might pull
the chair sideways, and this indicates there could be a problem
with that actuator.
Do NOT try to elevate the chair if this is the case.
With this issue we need to know if the frame has been pulled
out of shape. Send us pictures of the frame from the front and
back, and we will be able to tell if the frame is damaged.
If not, just changing the actuator is enough, but if there is dam-
age to the frame, we might need the chair send to us for repair,
or will send you the needed parts to replace. With these issues
always contact HMN.
