Description: Smoke detector with photocell for
monitoring the ambient air for fire smoke. This de-
vice operates on an integrated 3 V DC lithium
battery with a 10 year life.

Intended use

Function: The smoke detector is intended to alert
all persons in its direct vicinity in the event of a fire
or in the event that thick smoke develops. This
should give the persons in the danger zone time to
react appropriately to the hazard.
The smoke detector is not suitable for use in com-
mercial spaces. The smoke detector does not re-
place an alarm system. Any other use or
modification to the product constitutes improper
use and could give rise to serious accidents. The
manufacturer is not liable for any damages arising
from improper use.
