Possible cause / remedy
the mains plug (4) is not connected to an electrical outlet.
Plug the mains plug into an appropriate electrical outlet. Make
sure that it is firmly plugged in.
the motor housing (1) was lifted and the circuit breaker has
cut off the power supply.
Lower the motor housing completely until it clicks into place.
Make sure that the release lever (3) is in the locked position.
the speed regulator (5) was not set. Turn the speed regulator
to a desired position (P, 1-6).
the maximum operating time with continuous use exceeds
6 minutes. Allow the appliance to cool off for at least 10
minutes before switching it on again.
the lid (9) was not installed correctly on the motor housing
(1). Check whether the lid was installed correctly on the
motor housing. Check whether the mixing bowl (14) was
placed properly on the bowl stand (6).
the appliance is not in a stable position. Place the appliance
on a level, stable, dry, and heatresistant surface.
Make sure that all suction cups (7) rest securely on the surface
and that the appliance can't move.
the attachment (11, 12, 13) was blocked. Turn the appliance
off and disconnect it from the mains supply. Lift the motor
housing (1) completely and remove the blockage with a scra
per. If necessary, clean the attachment thoroughly.
the attachment (11, 12, 13) comes in contact with the
mixing bowl (14) during operation.
Check whether the attachment was installed correctly on
the drive shaft (8). Check whether the mixing bowl (14) was
placed properly on the bowl stand (6).
the attachment (11, 12, 13) and / or the speed setting were
not selected appropriately for the food / ingredients.
Select the appropriate attachment and turn the speed regulator
(5) to the right position of the speed setting (see "Operation"
section).
