OPeRAtION
• When you process solid food, cut it into small pieces first (about 2–3 cm).
• The pulsing function is a good choice when mixing solid or very thickflowing
food to prevent blocking the attachment.
• It is recommended to initially process the food / ingredients at a lower speed
and then gradually increase the speed.
• Allow chilled food / ingredients, such as butter and eggs, to reach room
temperature before you use the appliance for pureeing or mixing.
• Flour may get stuck to the mixing bowl during the kneading process. Switch off
the appliance, lift the motor housing and use a scraper to transfer the flour into
the mixing bowl to get a better kneading result.
• Do not use the mixing bowl to store food for an extended time period.
