9. Wait until the attachment (11, 12, 13) has come to a complete standstill
before you lift the motor housing (1) to clear any food/ingredients from the
attachment.
10. Completely lift the motor housing upwards. Use a scraper to move the food/
ingredients from the attachment into the mixing bowl (14).
11. Hold the handle (15) and carefully rotate the mixing bowl (14) counter
clockwise to unlock it and remove it from the bowl stand (6).
12. Let the appliance cool off completely and clean it along with the attachments
according to the "Cleaning" section.
Note: Always turn the speed regulator (5) to the 0 position when the appliance is
not in use.

NOte: Clean the appliance regularly to keep it in a good and safe operating
condition. Remove food remnants, grease splatters or leaked fluids after every use.

Make sure that no water enters the appliance during cleaning.

Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, metal scrapers, harsh chemicals,
alkaline, abrasive or disinfectant cleaning products, as these may damage its

general cleaning
1. Unplug the appliance before cleaning and allow it to cool off completely.
2. Use a soft, moist cloth and, if needed, a mild detergent to clean the appliance,
the motor housing (1), and bowl stand (6). Finish by wiping it with a dry and
soft cloth.
3. Press the attachment (11, 12, 13) against the spring and rotate it clockwise
to remove it from the drive shaft (8). Then remove the lid (9) from the motor
housing.
